A hydraulic pump circuit for a wheel has an accelerator pedal for controlling engine rotation, a traveling device driven by engine horsepower, and a hydraulic type working equipment driven by receiving oil pressure from a hydraulic pump driven by engine horsepower. In this case, a plurality of hydraulic pumps (Pw1, Pw2,..., Po1, Po2...) are provided; and a plurality of units of these are hydraulic pumps (Pw1, Pw2,..., Po1, Po2,...) and a plurality of units of these hydraulic pumps (Pw1, Pw2,...Po1, Po2,...) are the hydraulic pumps which are cut-off or unloaded by either one of or both of cut-off pressures (P21, P22,...), which differ each other, the unload pressure (P11, P12,...).
