Abstract:
PURPOSE: To continuously and certainly apply a printing pattern to a work by hydraulic transfer.
CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic transfer printing method consists of a dust removing and degreasing process performing the dust removal and degreasing of a work 8, a hydraulic transfer process applying a printing pattern 3a to the work 8 by hydraulic transfer, a film removing process dissolving the water-soluble film on the surface of the work 8 and a painting process applying painting to the surface of the work 8. In the dust removing and degreasing process, a degreasing solution containing no surfactant is sprayed to the work and washed off by washing water to dry the work 8.
