To provide a method and an apparatus for simply manufacturing a gas oil alternative fuel simply by refining a hydrocarbon oil prepared using a vegetable food waste oil such as a soy bean oil, a rape oil, a sirasimeyu oil and an olive oil, etc., as a main raw material even at an open space in a residential area.
This apparatus for manufacturing a gas oil alternative fuel by refining and converting the hydrocarbon oil prepared using a vegetable food waste oil is made by combining a drum can with a plastic container and restructuring them simply. At winter and a low temperature season, the hydrocarbon oil is warmed to 10-30C using hot water branched and supplied from existing equipments with hot water supply capacity such as a home use hot water boiler and a floor heating system. When water, a solid impurity and lard, etc., contained in the waste oil are separated, required purification power and energy are applied using existing techniques such as a compressed air microbubble flotation separation technique and a precipitation separation technique.
