Abstract:
To provide a hydrocarbon synthesis catalyst capable of synthesizing hydrocarbons having 5 or more carbons at a high selection rate with CO2 and H2 as raw materials.SOLUTION: A hydrocarbon synthesis catalyst for reacting a raw material gas containing hydrogen and carbon dioxide to convert it into hydrocarbons, when a surface scheduled to be brought into contact with the raw material gas in the hydrocarbon synthesis catalyst is subjected to energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (SEM-EDX) to perform elemental analysis, 15 to 65 mass% of Fe, 10 to 40 mass% of O, 0.04 to 30 mass% of Na, 0 to 15 mass% of Ni and 5 to 30 mass% of Cr are detected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
