PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen circulation pump for fuel cell capable of exhibiting excellent durability even in a case where a rotational shaft and a rotor are composed of different metals.SOLUTION: In a hydrogen circulation pump for fuel cell, first and second rotors 25, 27 have stationary holes 25a, 27a and comprise stainless steel. First and second rotational shafts 21, 23 are fixed to the first and second rotors 25, 27 by the stationary holes 25a, 27a, and comprise aluminum alloy. The first and second rotational shafts 21, 23 and the first and second rotors 25, 27 have resin-based waterproof films 53, 55 formed around at least the stationary holes 25a, 27a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
