Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen engine, in which a valve structure built into a head of a cylinder is simplified, and the control of timing of injecting the hydrogen gas into a combustion chamber is facilitated.
SOLUTION: A nozzle loose fit hole 14b is formed in a valve element 14 of an intake valve 15. A hydrogen injection valve guide 25 is disposed to a part in which the nozzle loose fit hole 14b is formed of the valve element 14. The hydrogen injection valve guide 25 opens a hydrogen gas injection port 18a of a hydrogen injection nozzle 18 along with opening operation of the intake valve 15, and closes the injection port 18a along with closing operation of the intake valve 15. Therefore, the valve structure built into the head 11a of the cylinder 11 is simplified. Further, the adjustment of the timing injecting the hydrogen gas into the combustion chamber a is facilitated.
