This hydrogen filling connecting pipe 6 connects a hydrogen supply tank 2 to a hydrogen storage tank 4. The connecting pipe 6 comprises a first passage 26 for passing hydrogen, a second passage 27 for passing a heating medium cooled by heating hydrogen storage alloy MH of the hydrogen supply tank 2 toward the hydrogen storage tank 4, and a third passage 28 for passing a heating medium heated by cooling the hydrogen storage alloy MH in the hydrogen storage tank 4 toward the hydrogen supply tank 2. The inner peripheral side of a radiating pipe 30 disposed in the central part of one outer pipe 29 is the first passage 26, the outer peripheral side of a heat insulating pipe 31 disposed between the radiating pipe 30 and the outer pipe 29 is the second passage 27, and its outer peripheral side is the third passage 28.
