A

PURPOSE: To obtain stably the high temperature water through long duration and prevent the heat exchanging between unit packing tubes from non-uniformity by a method wherein plural unit packing tubes serving as heat source are arranged to be separated as independent single tube.

CONSTITUTION: A heat radiating side unit 3 (the first heat exchanging device) is composed by assembling of unit heat exchanging unit U1WU4 in which each unit packing tube T1WT4 and each unit heat medium flow channel H1WH4 are paired to be one combination. Each one end of the unit packing tubes T1WT4 is connected with each unit hydrogen feeding tube 7a via valves V1WV4, then connected to a hydrogen assembling header 6a of a supplying side unit 2 (the second heat exchanging device) after being assembled to single hydrogen feeding tube 7. Each one end of the unit heat medium flow channels H1WH4 is connected with a unit heat medium piping 14 interposing valves W1WW4, the unit heat medium piping 14 is assembled and connected to a heat medium inlet pipe 8a, while the other ends of the unit heat medium flow channels are connected to a heat medium discharge piping 8e.
