Abstract:
To provide a hydrogen permeation device capable of increasing a hydrogen pressure on an object surface even an amount of hydrogen is small, and permeating hydrogen to the object efficiently.SOLUTION: A hydrogen permeation device 100 of the invention for supplying hydrogen to a surface of an object 30 and permeating hydrogen into the object 30, comprises: a cover 1 comprising a barrier membrane 11 and an external wall 12, for covering the object 30; a ring 2 coupled to the cover 1 and arranged on an end part of the object 30; a hydrogen introduction hole 3 for supplying hydrogen into the cover 1; an inert gas introduction hole 4 for supplying an inert gas into a space 40 formed of the barrier membrane 11 and the external wall 12; and a seal valve 5 provided on the ring 2. The seal valve 5 is formed of a laminate formed of a first layer 51 contacting the ring 2 and a second layer 52 laminated on the first layer 51. The first layer 51 comprises creases 56 protruding inward of the ring 2 in the vicinity of a connection part 54 connected to the ring 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
