Abstract:
To provide a hydrogen-purifying apparatus capable of stably removing CO in a CO-containing reformed gas mainly comprising hydrogen which is used for a fuel cell.
This apparatus for removing carbon monoxide from a reformed gas is equipped with a reformed gas-supplying unit for supplying the reformed gas comprising hydrogen and carbon monoxide, an oxygen-supplying unit for mixing an oxygen-containing gas with the reformed gas supplied from the reformed gas-supplying unit, a first catalyst layer 5 through which the reformed gas mixed with oxygen passes and a second catalyst layer 6 through which the reformed gas having passed through the layer 5 passes further.
