Abstract:
To provide a hydrogen storage power generation system capable of efficiently executing an electrolytic function and a power generation function.SOLUTION: A hydrogen storage power generation system includes an electrochemical device unit and a hydrogen storage unit. The electrochemical device unit executes an electrolytic function for electrochemically decomposing water into hydrogen and oxygen and a power generation function for making hydrogen and oxygen react electrochemically with each other to output power. The hydrogen storage unit stores hydrogen gas generated by the electrolytic function being executed by the electrochemical device unit. The hydrogen storage unit is constituted of a volume-variable type gas holder having pressure determined to be equal to or higher than hydrogen pressure for protecting a hydrogen electrode in the power generation function and equal to or lower than proof pressure of the hydrogen electrode. The hydrogen gas stored in the hydrogen storage unit is supplied to the electrochemical device unit when the power generation function is executed in a non-dehumidification state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
