To provide a hydrogen water producing device capable of easily producing hydrogen water as a simple structure device by using a small-size hydrogen gas bomb, moreover, capable of producing hydrogen water instantly in a home to supply the hydrogen water to drink by constructing a system which can be handled safely and efficiently by a special trader with respect to an operation such as replacement of the hydrogen gas bomb and capable of easily producing the hydrogen dissolved water of a predetermined concentration without requiring labor for reservation, a reservation implement and the like as seen in the conventional hydrogen water.SOLUTION: A gas valve unit is successively provided and fixed in one body onto a nozzle tip of a hydrogen gas bomb, a base end of a gas supply pipe is freely detachably communicated and successively provided on a gas delivery end part located on the downstream side of a gas circulation operation valve on the gas valve unit, the tip of the gas supply pipe is communicated and successively provided on a hydrogen water producing tank of which the inner part is set as a closed space and a hydrogen discharge water part is provided on the hydrogen water producing tank.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 16
