PURPOSE: To make improvements in traveling stability at time of surfing by constituting the bow in setting up a movable member in the lower part of a bow body via a buffer member, and supporting this movable member on a front end of the bow body free of rotation in the vertical direction of a hull.
CONSTITUTION: In a hydroglider being designed to glide on the water by jetting water sucked out of an inlet port 16 on the bottom from a nozzle 17 of a jet propeller 13 through a deflector 25 by means of rotation of an impeller 12 by an engine, the bow consists of a bow body 19 and a movable ski 20 attached to the lower part. The ski 20 is formed into an almost U-shaped sectional form so as to surround the bottom 21 of the bow body 19, and pivotally supported by a support shaft 26 at a front end of the bow body 21, and it is supported, free of rotation, in the vertical direction of the hydroglider 11 with this support shaft as the center. In addition, a cushion unit 27 as a buffer member is installed interposingly between this movable ski 20 and a deck 22 of the bow body 19.
