Abstract:
To provide a hydrolysate of water extract of Java Syzygium jambos which is suitable for whitening of a skin, which can enhance moisture retention of a skin, which can improve wound healing and reduce oxidation stress and a production method thereof.SOLUTION: There is provided a production method of a hydrolysate of water extract of Java Syzygium jambos including a step for extraction processing of a fruit material of JAva Syzygium jambos by water for acquiring water extract, and a step for hydrolysis processing of water extract by bromelain. A weight ratio of the fruit material of Java Syzygium jambos to the water is 1:0.5 to 1:5. A weight ratio of the water extract to bromelain is 150:1 to 600:1. The method further comprises a step for performing solid liquid separation processing after the hydrolysis processing for removing a solid content generated in the hydrolysis processing. The fruit material of the Java Syzygium jambos comprises a pulp of Java Syzygium jambos. The fruit material of the Java Syzygium jambos further comprises a peel of the Java Syzygium jambos and seed of the Java Syzygium jambos.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
