Abstract:
To provide a hydrophilic composition for forming a hydrophilic membrane that has high thermal diffusivity and is excellent from a viewpoint of hydrophilicity, water resistance, and contamination resistance.
The hydrophilic composition contains a hydrophilic polymer including a hydrolyzable silyl group. The difference between the time it takes the temperature of a hydrophilic member with a hydrophilic film formed on a base material using the hydrophilic composition, as measured by the laser-flash method, to reach half the maximum attainable temperature and the time it takes the temperature of the base material, as measured by the laser-flash method, to reach half the maximum attainable temperature is 0.01 millisecond or less.
