Abstract:
To provide a hydrophilic composition excellent in stability overtime, a hydrophilic member excellent in hydrophilicity and having a film which is formed using the composition, a hydrophilic member excellent in adhesion of a base material to the film, and a heat exchanger and an air conditioner using the hydrophilic member.
This hydrophilic composition includes a hydrophilic polymer having a specific structure, with a pH not higher than 7, and the content of the reactive group of the hydrophilic polymer is not lower than 1.20 mass% to the total solid content. and the hydrophilic composition is used in these hydrophilic member, heat exchanger, and air conditioner.
