Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject nonwoven fabric excellent in moisture permeability, skin touch feel and low skin irritancy.
SOLUTION: This hydrophilic nonwoven fabric is obtained by treating a hydrophobic nonwoven fabric made from a thermoplastic resin with a surfactant; wherein the adhesion amount of the surfactant on one side of the final nonwoven fabric stands at 0.03-3.0 wt.%, while that on the opposite side at 10-90% of the above amount.
