Abstract:
To provide a film having high hydrophilic properties and to provide a heat exchanger giving durable and high hydrophilic properties by depositing the film on the surface of fins in the heat exchanger.
By forming a film structure in which particles having hydrophilic properties imparted are dispersed into a water soluble resin film and are also exposed to the surface of the film, ruggedness is formed on the surface of the film so that its hydrophilic properties further improve. Moreover, when this film is deposited on the surface of fins of a heat exchanger, and the film is applied to the heat exchanger, draft resistance in the humid atmosphere can be reduced.
