Abstract:
To provide a novel hydrophilizing agent which is compounded with coating compositions for effectively improving the hydrophilicity of coated films formed on the surface of coated matters.
The hydrophilizing agent contains a compound which may impart a hydrophilicity to coated films formed via curing of coating compositions. Here, this compound is an organic compound (A) containing tin having no direct bond with a carbon atom which is at least one compound selected from the group consisting of an organic acid salt of tin (A-1) and a complex (A-2) of tin and an organic compound.
