Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To intend a bearing to be compact and to improve static rigidity as the characteristics of a magnetic bearing without improving excellent dynamic stability of a hydrostatic gas bearing by contriving a control system.
SOLUTION: A magnetic bearing and a hydrostatic gas bearing provided at the bearting stator 12 of a magnetic bearing with a throttle 15 are jointly arranged. The magnetic bearing is provided with displacement measuring means 27A-27D to measure displacement of a rotor 4, and feedback control is effected according to measurements by a magnetic bearing control means 28. This magnetic bearing control means 28 effects control only by integrating operation or proportional integrating operation and no control is made on a given high frequency ore more.
