The polymer comprises a polymeric component and a hydroxamate of formula represented in the description. In the formula, R1 is selected from the group consisting of vinyl groups, hydroxy acrylate groups, hydroxy methacrylate groups, acrylamide, methacrylamide, alkyl amines, alkyl groups, alkoxy groups, alkenyl groups, polymers terminated with the above groups, and combinations thereof, and R2 comprises hydrogen.
