PURPOSE: To uniformly add a binder to uniformize various capacities, in a hygroscopic skin material, by enhancing hygroscopic capacity through a binder and preventing a surface from becoming uneven in a moisture absorbing state.
CONSTITUTION: A hygroscopic skin material 1 consists of a hygroscopic intermediate layer 30, a skin layer 10 and a base layer material 20 and the hygroscopic intermediate layer 30 constitutes a three-dimensional reticulated structure wherein a plurality of hygroscopic fiber layers are bonded by a binder and the binder is entangled with hydroscopic fibers in a fibrous form and cooperated to provide a large number of moisture absorbing voids and, since hygroscopic capacity is enhanced by the absorption of moisture to a large number of moisture absorbing voids and the hygroscopic fibers are restricted three-dimensionally by the three-dimensional reticulated structure, the surface of the hygroscopic skin material is not made uneven in a moisture absorbing state to become smooth.
