Title:
HYPOXANTHINE GUANINE PHOSPHORIBOSYL TRANSFERASE GENE ORIGINATED FROM CALLITHRIX JACCHUS AND ITS UTILIZATION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2006042802
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To quickly obtain/develop "a polynucleotide as an inner standard used as a standard of a gene expression level in test samples for correcting a transfer product quantity, when a difference between the expression levels of desired genes in two or more test samples is measured as a difference between the transfer products of the genes", since the use of the polynucleotide is essential on a gene expression analysis, but such the polynucleotide has sufficiently not been known in small monkeys at the present time.

This hypoxanthine guanine phosphoribosyl transferase gene originated from Callithrix Jacchus is provided, and a polynucleotide is characterized by being the hypoxanthine guanine phosphoribosyl transferase gene originated from Callithrix Jacchus or its partial fraction and having either base sequence belonging to a base sequence groups comprising a base sequence represented by the sequence No. 1 or the like.
