PURPOSE:To prevent reduction of the magnetic flux density of a rotor made of hysteresis material and make transmission of rotation sure by providing a concaved portion adjacent to the inner circumferential portion of a circular plate-shaped rotor, fixing firmly the circular plate-shaped rotor to a rotary shaft by using the concaved portion by forming an in-row.
