PURPOSE: To control the fluid stably for a long period of time by making closing motion of a flow path due to a diaphragm with an always constant fastening force, and lessening ultimately the wear and damage of diaphragm even after iterative services.
CONSTITUTION: A handle 6 to operate for opening or closing a flow path 21 due to a diaphragm 3 is composed of a lid 61 and a handle body 62. The lid 61 is provided with a plurality of accommodation holes, in which a resilient piece 7 to energize vertical motions of an operation mechanism is accommodate. A transmitting member 8 to transmit the energizing force to the handle body is installed at the foremost extremity of the resilient piece 7. The energizing force of the resilient piece 7 is set by the diaphragm 3 to the minimum limit distance at which the flow path 21 is closed. The handle body 62 is provided with a recess to be fitted on the bottom of the transmitting member 8, and the lower part of the recess is coupled with the operation mechanism 5.
