Abstract:
PURPOSE: To aim at improving the operability and weight transportation capacity of a bag, by making the center point of a pair of rearmost wheels to be positioned closer than the center point of a pair of frontmost wheels to an intermediate point of an elongated structure. CONSTITUTION: This bag 20 comprises a plurality of wheels 22 and 24 attached to an elongated bottom structure or a bottom plate 26. The arrangement of these rear wheels 24 greatly improves the mobility of the bag 20. When moving, the bag 20 pivots about the center point P of the rear wheels 24. By moving forward the center point P of the rear wheels 24, the radius of gyration of the bag 20 is reduced, and by the reduction in the radius of gyration, as shown by an arrow 40, the bag 20 can rotate within a small area. Also, the arrangement of the rear wheels 24 gives an increased weight transportation capacity to a bag having soft sides. Namely, since the bottom plate 26 droops down less, the bottom plate 26 of a thinner or lighter structure can be used.
