Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable high-accuracy and high-speed estimation even when the activities of plural bipoles are timerwisely overlapped. SOLUTION: At a stagnant type bipolar model setting part 112, a stagnant type bipolar model, for which the positions and directions of bipoles are fixed but only the strength is timewisely changed, is adopted as an equivalent current bipolar model. Additionally, the coupling coefficient of a neural network is held in a coupling coefficient storage part 105, and the learning function of the neural network is utilized for setting the initial value of that bipolar model parameter.
