Abstract:
PURPOSE:To produce shoes having a desirable cushion characteristic in the bottom of the shoes and excellent in a comfortableness completely only by an injection molding by disposing the internal bottom of a foaming shoes made of the same resin as that for welding the external bottom of the shoes integrally with the main body of the shoes. CONSTITUTION:The substantial part of the internal bottom 3 of shoes is formed of self-foaming type polyvinyl chloride injection molded so as to fill a gap part between the main body of the shoes 1 and the external bottom 2 of the shoes through a hole 8 formed on the bottom face of the external bottom 2 of the shoes, the opening of the internal limb part 5 of the main body 1 of the shoes is covered and an exposed part 10 extending on the external face of the lower edge part of the main body 1 of the shoes through a gap 9 between the upper edge of the external limb part 7 of the external bottom 2 of the shoes and the lower edge part of the main body 1 of the shoes is provided. Then, the internal bottom 3 of the shoes welds the main body of the shoes to the external bottom 2 of the shoes between the internal limb part 5 disposed on the lower edge part of the main body 1 of the shoes and the external face and between the external limb part 7 internal face of the external bottom 2 of the shoes and the limb part external face of the main body of the shoes.
