PURPOSE: To automatically switch the arrangement of support pins in a substrate supporting section by means of an arranging board.
CONSTITUTION: An arranging board 10 having through holes 12 formed in corresponding to a substrate to be produced is provided above a plurality of vertical movable support pins 14. Each pin 14 is provided between paired clicks 20 and 21 and each click 20 and 21 is moved in the vertical direction by means of a motor and, at the same time, formed so that it can be freely engaged with and disengaged from the projection 16 of each pin 14. Therefore, the pin 14 is protruded from the through hole 12 and comes out of the board 10 when the hole 12 is positioned above the pin 14, since the click 20 is engaged with the projection 16 and raises the pin 14. When the hole 12 is not positioned above the pin 14, the pin 14 does not come out of the board 10, because the pin 14 is blocked by the board 10.
