Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide the manufacturing device of a spiral structure capable of facilitating the extraction of a wound element from a winding core. CONSTITUTION:A belt-like sheet material is pinched in the expanding slot 3 of a rotatively driven winding cotter pin 2, started to be wound, then laminated into a spiral shape, then the cotter pin 2 is extracted to manufacture a spiral structure. The gap of the expanding slot 3 of the cotter pin 2 of the manufacturing device of the spiral structure has a taper section 3a made wider toward the tip. The winding cotter pin 2 is rotatively driven in the winding direction to wind the belt-like sheet material, then the winding cotter pin 2 is rotatively driven backward in the range of 1/8 to 1/2 rotation in the opposite direction to the winding direction, and the cotter pin 2 of the manufacturing device of the spiral structure is extracted.
