PURPOSE: To reduce the reception load of a base station by transmitting a received and measured result to a base station only when the data are in a prescribed state at a mobile station.
CONSTITUTION: A mobile station MS1 measures the electric field of a radio wave from a base station BS2 in a communication and the peripheral base stations BS2 among the plural base stations BS, and communicates the measured result to the BS2. At that time, when the BS having the received radio wave higher than the electric field level of the BS2 is present, when the BS having the received radio wave lower than the electric field level of the BS2, and higher than a prescribed upper limit reference value is present, or when the electric level of the BS2 is lower than a prescribed lower limit reference value, the mobile station MS1 communicates the measured result to the base station BS2. The BS2 processes data from the entire mobile stations, and instructs the setting of a communication path based on it. Thus, the load of the base station can be reduced by receiving the information of the only required data.
