PURPOSE: To provide a work vehicle operating device capable of regulating operator's operation with a simple construction to prevent a bucket or the like from abrupt operation.
CONSTITUTION: An operator rides on a bucket provided on the tip of an arm, boom or the like. An opening device of a work vehicle provided to be operated by the operator himself is provided in a change over valve 10 of a hydraulic drive device to control a position or the like of the bucket and provided with a spool 12 reciprocated by an operating lever 14 and a link 20 for connecting the spool 12 to the operating lever 14. Further, the operating device is disposed between an engaging part provided on the link 20 and an engaging part provided on a body part 16 having the change-over valve 10 fixed thereto and provided with a coiled spring 26 for regulating the reciprocation of the spool 12.
