Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide a winder capable of automatically and stably winding a metallic strip to a specified size while excluding the nonuniform deposition of a binder due to tight winding by freely changing a brazing structure and applying the binder while the strip is wound. CONSTITUTION:A conveyor for conveying a flat sheet and a corrugated sheet, a core forming device for winding the sheets while pressing and supporting the center of a honeycomb body in the axial direction, a device for freely applying a binder on the front and rear of the corrugated sheet and further a device for winding the corrugated sheet and flat sheet to a desired circumference length are provided to this winder.
