Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain an arithmetic amplifier whose waveform responsiveness is high with low current consumption and an active filter which is capable of performing a high speed signal processing by using amplifier.
CONSTITUTION: An arithmetic amplifier 30 is provided with at least a pair of current mirror stages 2 and a buffer circuit 23 which is connected with the common output of the current mirror stages 2 and whose current source is controlled by the operating current of the current mirror stages. By connecting the arithmetic amplifier 20 with an RC circuit network composed of a resistor and a capacitor, an active filter is constituted.
