Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a sealed lead-acid battery in which heat dissipation is prevented in trickle charging.
CONSTITUTION: A negative electrode plate is used which has negative-electrode active material of 0.5-0.6m2/g weight specific surface area. A positive electrode plate is used which has positive-electrode active material of 7-13m2/g weight specific surface area. The ratio of the surface area of the positive active material to the surface area of the negative active material is 10-44.
