Abstract:
PURPOSE: To form a glucide, vinegar, etc., hardly making people suffer from tooth decay and diabetes, from a cob part having little utility value.
CONSTITUTION: A cob part is ground and compressed to give a nutritive solution containing protein, a glucide having relatively low concentration, etc. The nutritive solution is naturally fermented to give vinegar and an alcohol and the nutritive solution is crystallized to produce a nutritive substance.
