Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition providing excellent condenser characteristics, having a long pot life even at high temperature, curing in a short time in immersion heating of condenser, comprising an epoxy resin, a curing agent of acid anhydride and a specific curing agent. CONSTITUTION:The aimed composition comprising a curing agent of a master batch type obtained by blending 100 pts. wt. curing agent comprising (A) 2-60 pts.wt. (based on 100 pts.wt. epoxy resin) powdery amine compound which contains 1 equivalent epoxy resin, 0.5-1.5 equivalent acid anhydride, at least one tertiary amino group in one molecule, neither primary nor secondary amino group and a bond group (X) to absorb infrared rays at 1630-1680cm<-1> and a bond group (Y) to absorb infrared rays at 1680-1725cm<-1> at least on the surface thereof as a core and (B) 100 pts.wt. curing agent comprising the reaction product of the amine compound and an epoxy resin as a shell with (C) 10-50,000 pts.wt. epoxy resin.
