Title:
【発明の名称】乾燥炉の操業方法
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3113780
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make it possible to attain a target water content value without measuring the water content of charged refuse by determining preliminarily the amount of dried articles which constitute a target water content value of a dry article and fuel consumption with the water content and their relation with the temperature of exhaust gas and controlling the fuel consumption so that the exhaust gas temperature measured during operations may be an optimum temperature. CONSTITUTION: The temperature of exhaust gas is measured with a thermometer 9 installed to an outlet for exhaust gas 12 of a drying furnace 1 and the fuel consumption is changed with a fuel control valve 7 mounted to a burner by a command from a computing device 8. In this case, the fuel consumption is controlled based on an equation Qn =Q1 +K×(T1 -Tp ) so that the temperature of exhaust gas measured during operations may be an optimum temperature. In the equation Qn is the amount of fuel consumption after adjusted, T1 the optimum waste gas temperature ( deg.C) during the time of fuel consumption Q1 , Tp the measured exhaust gas temperature ( deg.C) during the amount of fuel gas consumption Q1 , K the constant, and Q1 fuel consumption (litter/min) at an arbitrary operation time. This constitution makes it possible to dry refuse in automatic mode without measuring the water content of refuse and save manpower for drying operation.
