Abstract:
PURPOSE:To systemize control easily and also make sensitive axis alignment of respective flaring jigs and line tubes easy by mounting a plurality of flaring jigs required for a series of expansion processes brought together on a jig retaining board and setting the jig retaining board rotatably. CONSTITUTION:A jig retaining board 54 with its rotating shaft 55 as its center is mounted rotatably adjacent to a tube retaining means 10 on a base support bed 51. A plurality of flaring jigs 57, 58 and 59 are disposed on the jig retaining board 54 in a manner of projecting in the direction of the tube retaining means 10. Said respective flaring jigs 57-59 are mounted on the positions where the rotating radius from the rotating shaft 55 are almost same in a manner of almost conforming with the axial core of a liner tube in a metal tube retained by the tube retaining means 10 in the case the jig retaining board 54 is rotated following the rotation of the rotating shaft 55. Also, respective flaring jigs 57-59 are mounted movably in the axial direction to the jig retaining board 54 so as to move back and forth freely in the direction of the tube retaining means 10. A first flaring jig 57 is used in the initial expansion process, and a second flaring jig 58 is used for the middle expansion process, while a third flaring jig 59 is used in the last expansion process.
