Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a substitute cleaning solvent composition without affecting the ozonosphere while maintaining excellent characteristics possessed by conventional trichlorotrifluoroethane.
CONSTITUTION: The composition of a mixed solvent is composed of a chain fluorinated hydrocarbon in which part or all of hydrogen atoms in a 4C or higher chain hydrocarbon are replaced with fluorine atoms and chlorofluorinated hydrocarbons.
