Abstract:
In a device (1) for transferring sausages (10) from a sausage filling machine (2) to a packing machine (3), there are provided a deflector apparatus (12), by means of which the sausages (10) are aligned in a defined transverse position on a conveyor belt (11), a charging station (15), which consists of a lifting member (17) and a container (18) arranged above the latter in each case and into which the backed-up sausages (10) can be brought by means of the lifting member (17) engaging through the conveyor belt (11), a magazine (21) for transporting the containers (18), and a discharging station (23) to which the containers (18) can be fed by means of the magazine (21) and emptied therein in time with the packing machine (3).
As a result of this design, it is possible to insert the sausages, which have been divided and turned in a sausage filling machine, into packing containers of a packing machine, mechanically and without the sausages being touched by human hand.
