PURPOSE: To provide a data processor suitable to the measurement of a touch position and a touch force in response to a touch operation.
CONSTITUTION: This data processor has touch screens 21, 22, and 23 equipped with a touch position sensor. The touch position sensor detects a touch position on the screens from the change of a current pattern in a conductive panel 21. The processor is also provided with a touch force sensor equipped with a second conductive panel 25 extending almost in parallel to the touch screens. The touch screens are at least partially movable to the second panel 25 in a direction vertical to the second panel 25. The touch force sensor detects a touch force from a capacity value between the touch screens and the second panel. This data processor operates the combining processing of those positions and forces detected in response to the touch.
