Abstract:
PURPOSE:To fill a container without making a carbonated beverage overflow from the container, and prevent the taste of the carbonated beverage from being spoiled by a method wherein after tilting a container for tilt driving holding time which is obtained by operation, in response to the pressure of carbon dioxide gas to be fed in a beverage container, the container is returned to the upright position, and when the liquid level of the beverage has reached a set position, a pouring valve is closed. CONSTITUTION:When a container 17 is placed on a loading base 26, and a pouring button 20 is depressed, the pressure of carbon dioxide gas to be fed to a draft beer barrel 9 is detected by a pressure sensor 36, and is input in a control device 30. Container tilt holding time for a base tilt driving device 17 is obtained by operation, and the container 17 is tilt-held to a pouring port 7. A valve 6 is opened, and a draft beer B gently flows down along the inner wall of the container 17. When the container tilt holding time has passed, a signal is sent to a base tilt driving device 27 from the control device 30, and the base tilt driving device 27 is drive-controlled, and the container 17 is returned to the upright position. The foam surface when the draft beer B is totally filled in the container 17 is detected, and a detecting signal of a liquid level detecting device 31 is sent to the control device 30, and a pouring valve is closed to complete the pouring.
