PURPOSE: To prevent falling or inclination of products (circuit boards), and enable arbitraly setting of stand-off size as well as improvement in efficiency of manufacturing steps.

CONSTITUTION: A clip 1 is provided with a circuit board support part 2 holding at its one end a circuit board and a clip support part 3 disposed at a position spaced from the support part 2 at a distance of stand-off size (s). This suport part 3 is composed of a pair of hook-like projections 3a, 3b opposite to each other with a distance corresponding to the thickness (t) of a mother board in the longitudinal direction of the clip 1. When the clip 1 is mounted on the mother board the projections 3a, 3b engage with the circumferential edge of the hole of the mother board.
