Abstract:
PURPOSE:To automatically obtain dimensions of pipes to be used and to output work instructions on pipes which can be subjected to friction welding. CONSTITUTION:At the time of figuring out a piece block which can be subjected to friction welding, a block determination means 14 for determining the piece block regulates dimensions of the block for determining the piece block so that the piece block within the longest dimensions which can be produced is obtained. In addition, a piece block determination means 15 figures out the block for determining the piece block to use the pipes which can be clamped as the piece block. A service class determination means determines a service class from a connecting type of a welding connecting point and a pipe dimension arithmetic means operates pipe dimensions based on fitting dimensional data, approaching allowance dimensional data and piping dimensional data selected according to the determined service class. A work instruction preparing means 21 automatically prepares the work instructions including the pipe dimensional data.
