Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide an apparatus for collecting food rubbish such as egg shell, having simplified structure of the rubbish-transporting mechanism to facilitate the maintenance and free from generation of ill odor by recovering the rubbish with water flow. CONSTITUTION:Food rubbish such as egg shell discharged from a food disintegrator 1 such as egg opener is received, flowed together with water and discharged from a discharging port 2. An inclined discharging channel 3 composed of a trough or pipe is placed under the discharging port 2 and the delivery end of the channel 3 is connected to a separator 4. The rubbish is separated from water by the separator 4 and the water is recycled to the upstream-side 3a of the discharging channel 3 with a recycling means 5.
