PURPOSE: To provide a compact processing rack having a long processing path by making a film pass through a spiral path and performing different processing on each spiral path.

CONSTITUTION: The film is introduced to an inlet A, and fed along the introducing part 10a of a spiral groove 10 by nip rollers 11 and 12. The introduced film is succeedingly fed by rollers 13 and 14 at the center 18 of the groove 10, and fed to an outlet B along a feeding out path 10b from the center 18 of the groove 10 by the rollers 13 and 14. At the outlet B, a material is sent and supplied to the next process of the processing device, or introduced to the groove 10 again from the inlet A, and further processed. A guide 16 is provided in the vicinity of the outlet, and the guide 16 is constituted to act so that the material is directed to the outlet B or the inlet A. In this case, the film passes through the processing path in a state where the side end part of the film is on the nearly same plane.
