CONSTITUTION: In the monitoring system consisting of a management center 1, detecting device which detects the abnormality in the warning area, and controller 40 which is connected to the management center 1 and the detecting device, the controller 40 consists of a control part 461 which is connected to a mode setting device 52 and specifies a detection device to be held when the setting is a correspondence mode and a control part which holds the abnormality signal of the specified detection device to the management center 1 and releases the hold of the detecting device when the setting of the mode setting device 52 is set to the warning mode and then set to the corrspondence mode or the release mode.
