Title:
【発明の名称】能動的振動制御装置を有する低温冷却システム
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2723475
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
The cryogenic cooling system includes a piston and motor (28, 32) for cooling a mass by creating a vibration at two frequencies. A balancer mass and motor (30, 34) and a load cell and compensator (48, 50) eliminate vibrations at both frequencies. The mass (30) is disposed to counter the vibration created by the first apparatus when the motor (34) is driven by a first current. A sensor (48) detects the vibration at the second frequency and provides an output in response to a sensed force F. A feedback circuit (50) provides a second current for driving the motor. The second current is the sum of the first current and a feedback current Ib2. The feedback current Ib2 is equal to -Gf(s)F, where -Gf(s) is a feedback transfer function. The feedback transfer function is a product of the transfer functions HI(s) and GD(s) representing dynamics of the apparatus required to cancel the vibrations.
