Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method for uniformly and quickly heating a product by a microwave which is irradiated like a pulse on a product. CONSTITUTION: A processing work is performed using a pulse having a pulse shape of a square and the length of a region from a micro second to a millimeter second by a work frequency of 20-100, especially 40-80, especially 50 kHz having two micro second slow plate using a microwave efficiency waveform shortening a rising region and a falling region of the microwave pulse.
